Lake House Rules | Hand-Painted Rustic Wooden Sign

Pictured is our gorgeous hand-painted wooden sign that reads, Lake House Rules. This sign makes beautiful decor for your Lake House, or a unique gift for the new Lake House owner!

• The sign is composed of three wooden pieces, each measuring approximately 24" x 5.5", for a total dimension of 24" x 16.5". Please note that the sign will be delivered in three separate pieces and does not include a hanger. You have the option to connect the three wooden pieces together or hang them with spacing between each piece.

• We create each sign using either latex paint or stain. Stained signs feature permanent adhesive vinyl. Painted signs are designed to appear faux distressed. All signs have un-sanded sides for a natural, rustic look. It is important to note that stained signs are not recommended for outdoor use unless they are fully covered. We highly suggest providing some form of protection for any outdoor sign to prevent direct exposure to the elements.

• We create each sign exclusively for you! Our skilled artisans hand-paint and hand-place every piece of woodwork, resulting in unique and one-of-a-kind signs. As wood is a natural material, imperfections occur, adding to the beauty and uniqueness of each piece. Please note that no two signs will be identical or "perfect." We concentrate on perfecting the fronts of our signs, and therefore, the backs are not painted or stained.

• Please review your shipping address carefully before finalizing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will require a reshipment fee to resend the package.
