Before selecting an add-on, please read the explanation carefully to ensure that you choose the correct one:

Round Sleeve Monogram - 3-4" 3-letter round monogram on sleeve shoulder. You may select right or left if you have a preference.
Script Sleeve Monogram - 3-4" 3-letter script monogram on sleeve shoulder. If you have a preference of whether the print is on the left or right sleeve, please let us know in the personalization box.
Block Name on Sleeve - 2-3" name in block font on sleeve shoulder. If you have a preference of whether the print is on the left or right sleeve, please let us know in the personalization box.
Script Name on Sleeve - 2-3" name in script font on sleeve shoulder. If you have a preference of whether the print is on the left or right sleeve, please let us know in the personalization box.
~12" Line on Sleeve - block font running vertical on sleeve. Length is approximate and dependent on shirt size. If you have a preference of whether the print is on the left or right sleeve, please let us know in the personalization box.
Cuff print - 2-3" print on long-sleeve shirt cuff. This could be a name, number, monogram, image, etc. If you would like an image, please contact us prior to ordering to make sure it is possible. If you have a preference of whether the print is on the inside or outside of the cuff, and on the left or right cuff, please let us know in the personalization box.
9-10" single line - one single line of print on front or back of shirt
