Refund policy

Our official policy is that we accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. The reason for this is that we may have purchased supplies or begun the process of making your order after that. However, if you find that you need to cancel your order after that time frame, please do send us an inquiry. We may still be able to cancel for you, depending on where we are in the status of your order.

We do not accept Returns or Exchanges on the following:

  • personalized items
  • items that have been altered from the original listing
  • theme items after the holiday or event has passed

Should you find that you need to return or exchange an eligible item, you will be responsible for all shipping expenses. We will send you a purchase link that will include tracked return postage to us as well as tracked postage to ship your new item back to you if you’re completing an exchange. Your item will not be refunded until it is received back to us in new, unused, and un-altered condition.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please send us a message with pictures so that we may know the best way to proceed. Claims with pictures must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the item. If your claim is found to be shop error or shipping damage, the customer will not be responsible for shipping or replacement costs.

All return shipping labels must be used within 5 days of issuance, or they will be cancelled and the return/exchange will be voided. Once an item is received back to us in the condition in which it was received, we will refund or replace the item.
