Shipping policy

You are responsible for checking our current processing times and purchasing the appropriate shipping selection. If you purchase more than one item, the latest processing time applies since all shipping is combined. We do not guarantee arrival dates, only ship-by dates.

Many of our items include free shipping. The purchase of the item entitles the buyer to one (1) free Ground Advantage Domestic shipping label. The return of a package to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address is subject to the buyer paying shipping costs in order to have a package re-shipped to them.

Orders over $100 will require a signature upon delivery, so please be aware of that when placing your order.

We do not change any information that you enter when you place your order. It is automatically imported to our shipping labels. The return of a package to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address is subject to the buyer paying shipping costs in order to have a package re-shipped to them.

If an item is lost in transit, we will make it right by replacing the item; however, we cannot consider your package to be lost unless it has not received any tracking updates for more than 30 days.

Please follow these steps when a package shows as delivered but is not in your possession:

  1. Wait at least two extra business days from the time the USPS website states that the package was delivered. There have been instances of USPS marking packages as delivered and they show up a couple of days later.
  2. If it was delivered to your physical address, please check with all members of your household to assure that someone else did not fetch the package from the mailbox.
  3. Check with all close neighbors to see if the package was accidentally left in their mailbox.
  4. Contact your local USPS office (the one that delivers your mail) and ask for the GPS location of where the package was delivered. Do not call the 800 number - look up the actual post office location number.
  5. If your package is still not found, please call your local police and file a police report for mail theft. Please then provide a copy of this report to The Tiger's Trunk, LLC.

*Upon receipt of a police report, The Tiger's Trunk, LLC, may opt to mail a replacement package to another address of your choosing.

*If GPS confirms delivery but the package is missing, it could be mail theft. We're sorry, but with a confirmed delivery, we cannot act as your insurance company to replace the package for free. It’s my job to pack it safely for delivery; it’s your job to make sure it has a safe location for delivery.

*If your package was stolen, we are unable to ship or sell you a replacement with any discount and cannot ship an order to the same address from which the package was stolen. Any orders purchased that ship to the same address as the stolen package will be canceled and refunded immediately.
