Our personalized shirt or sign preview allows you to confidently purchase a product that aligns perfectly with your style and preferences. This will allow you to visualize and ensure that your personalized design meets your expectations before you buy.
- This listing is designed for customers who are certain they want to make a purchase from The Tiger's Trunk, but would like to preview a mockup before making the final decision. Why is payment necessary to view a shirt or sign that a customer intends to buy? The reason is that creating mockups requires time, and just like yours, our time is valuable. By requesting a nominal fee for the mockup preview, we ensure that all inquiries are genuine and serious about making a purchase. You will, however, receive a $3 coupon to be applied to your final purchase.
- Please note that this listing is exclusively for obtaining mockups of designs that are already available in our shop. It is specifically intended to provide our customers with the opportunity to visualize various color options before making a final purchase. Please be aware that this service is not applicable for custom designs. - With this purchase, you will receive up to two mockups, allowing you to compare different color options if desired. Personalization must be the same on both mockups. In addition, if you plan to add our Personalization Add-On to your shirt purchase, we can show you one personalization option per transaction. It's important to note that this personalization option will not be counted as one of the two included mockups. However, please keep in mind that the fonts used for personalization will be the default fonts we offer.
- To ensure clarity, please provide specific details regarding your color preferences and personalization requirements, as any additional mockups will require a separate purchase. However, each purchase will include a $3 coupon that you can apply towards your final purchase.
- Mock-ups will be received in jpg format with our company watermark on them.
- Usually, you'll receive your mockup(s) within one business day of purchase. After you purchase your physical shirt, the final product typically has a processing time of 5-7 business days. Please do be mindful of any current processing delays noted within our shop prior to purchasing.
