- The listing offers time and creative effort to make a design for your custom shirt. The purchase does not include the physical shirt, but purchasing it from us after the design will give you a $10 discount on the final product.
- Why is payment required before creating your design? Custom design takes time, even if it's just text. As we receive many custom design requests weekly, we charge a small fee to start the work, to guarantee only serious requests, and to receive compensation for our time.
- This purchase is for a single design only. If you want a two-sided shirt, it may be necessary to purchase two designs, depending on your requirements. If you have any questions about quantity, please contact us before making a purchase.
- By purchasing this listing, you'll receive a maximum of two design mock-ups. Be very clear about your preferences as extra mock-ups will cost more. Any additional mock-up fees won't be credited towards your final purchase and are non-refundable.
- Mock-ups will be received in jpg format with our company watermark on them. You will not receive a printable file.
- The ownership of all designs belongs to The Tiger's Trunk, LLC. The decision to re-sell a design is up to our discretion.
- Usually, you'll receive your initial mock-up within one business day of purchase. However, more intricate designs may take up to two business days. Each subsequent design modification may require another business day. After you purchase your physical shirt, the final product typically has a processing time of 5-7 business days. Please do be mindful of any current processing delays noted on our website prior to purchasing.
- Answer the required questions so we can gather information about your vision. Additionally, If you want an image, send us a few pictures of what you're looking for. Remember that we don't create designs with trademarked or copyrighted words or images, nor will we copy work from other designers
- A one-color, front-side-only short-sleeve t-shirt using flat vinyl costs $22, plus shipping. Additional colors and/or glitter vinyl will result in extra charges. Remember, you may deduct this $15 purchase price from your shirt purchase. Custom designs are not eligible for current sales or promotions.
