Common Questions:

I am unable to ungroup my file for layering. Please be aware that certain programs may not allow the release of compound paths. To prevent issues when moving between programs, all of our files are saved as a single compound path. If you need to layer your file and you're using one of these programs, please contact us BEFORE making a purchase. We're glad to help and can provide you with a file that contains separate compound paths to suit your specific needs. If it's a quick edit on our part, we won't charge any extra for it. However, if it's a more involved process, we will have to treat it as a custom design.

Why isn't my file working correctly? It's possible for your files to become corrupted during the download process, which can happen due to slow download speeds or interruptions in the download. If you experience any issues with your files, please delete them and download a new set from your receipt. To prevent any issues during the download process, we suggest that you limit any other items streaming or using up your bandwidth to ensure a smooth download.

I don't see my SVG file. Instead, I see my web browser icon. What is this? This is the SVG file for your purchase. If your computer is not familiar with the SVG file type and lacks a program that can natively open it, it will be designated as an internet file. However, please be aware that your computer will only know how to open the image (and not the cutting file) this way. Therefore, it's crucial that you don't simply double-click on your file to open it in your cutting program. Instead, you must open your cutting software and access the file that way.

I don't see my DXF file. Instead, I see a 3D Object. What do I do? This is the DXF file for your purchase. If your computer is not familiar with DXF files and does not have a program that can natively open them, it may classify the file as a 3D object instead. Not to worry! Simply load the file onto your cutting software as you normally would.

To print on transfer paper (if you're using Heat Transfer Vinyl, for example), you will need a mirrored version of these files and I do not provide that. However, you can easily flip them once you have opened them in the default software on your computer.
