Common Questions
I’m unable to ungroup my file for layering.
Some programs do not allow the release of compound paths. To ensure compatibility between software types, all of our files are saved as a single compound path. If you need a version with separate paths for layering, please contact us before purchasing. We’re happy to help! If it’s a quick edit, there’s no charge. For more complex modifications, we’ll treat it as a custom design.

Why isn’t my file working correctly?
Files can occasionally become corrupted during download due to slow speeds or interruptions. If this happens, simply delete the files and download them again. To prevent issues, limit streaming or other high-bandwidth activity during the download.

I don’t see my SVG file — instead, I see a web browser icon. What is this?
That’s your SVG file! If your computer doesn’t have a default program that recognizes SVGs, it may display them as internet files. Don’t double-click the file — instead, open your cutting software (Cricut, Silhouette, etc.) and import the file directly from there.

I don’t see my DXF file — instead, I see a 3D Object icon. What do I do?
That’s also completely normal! If your computer doesn’t recognize DXF files, it may label them as 3D objects. Just upload the file to your cutting software as usual.

Can I print this design on heat transfer paper or vinyl?
Yes! You’ll need to mirror your design before printing on transfer paper. This can be done directly in your cutting software — we don’t provide pre-mirrored versions, but it’s quick and easy to do once the file is open.
